Subcontract Administrator
IntelliGenesis is seeking a Subcontract Administrator to join our dynamic Contracts/Finance Team. The candidate will participate in a wide variety of detailed subcontract administrative activities. Telework options available.

Job Duties:
- Negotiates Non-Disclosure, Teaming, Subcontract and Master Services Agreements.
- Responsible for managing and submitting subcontract deliverables, such as invoicing and financial reporting to customers and Contract/Finance team.
- Manages and oversees proposal review, responses, and preparation of the Cost Volume for Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Also performs proposal compliance review, when required, and serves as liaison between contracts team, Division Leads, and customers.
- Analyzes significant and/or unique contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, and Company’s policies.
- Ensures adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, tracking projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding requirements to customers.
- Reviews, executes and negotiates award documents and modifications.
- Generates monthly, quarterly and annual contract financial deliverables and external reports.
- Ensures that all contract changes are recorded, and that the performance of the contractual obligations are properly tracked and documented.
- Maintains internal contract database in accordance with company objectives to provide a clear audit trail.
- Maintains award files in accordance with Company policies.
- Prepares and/or performs close out documentation.
- Processes Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders.
Required Skills:
- US Citizens Only
- BA or BS Degree from an accredited university in related background: Business or Contract Administration, or equivalent experience.
- At least three (3) years of subcontract administration experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, to include Excel and Teams.
- Ability to complete assignments of moderate complexity on time.
- Possesses critical and creative thinking skills, and strong organizational and time management skills.
- Works closely with others in a collaborative environment, but also must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently.
Desired Skills:
- Experience working with multiple contract types: Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Fixed Price Level of Effort (FPLOE), Time and Materials (T&M), Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), and hybrid contracts a plus.
- Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) and other government regulations a plus.
- Knowledge of Unanet Accounting software a plus
- Knowledge of Salesforce a plus
- Experience with General Services Administration (GSA) Schedules a plus.
